What artwork files can I use?
Editable products may include JSON or SVG templates. For supplied artwork, high-resolution PDF, SVG, or print-ready raster files generally produce the best result.
Can I change my order after payment?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are usually possible before artwork approval or production begins, but may affect price and delivery time.
How long does production take?
The current turnaround estimate appears during checkout. Complex jobs, large quantities, or artwork revisions may require additional time.
Are checkout prices final?
The server recalculates product size prices, tax, shipping, and quantity before an order is created. Any final production changes are discussed before work proceeds.
Do you store card numbers?
No. Real card payments must use provider-hosted Stripe components. This site never stores raw card numbers or security codes.
